Personal projects
Things I've built for myself, end to end — no client, no handoff, every decision mine to own.

Personal project · Multi-app platform
seikatsu — Personal Super App
Off-the-shelf apps are too rigid for how I actually track my life, so seikatsu is a self-built alternative: one authenticated shell with independent mini-apps underneath — a finance tracker, a kanban board, a books log, with a habit tracker and a wishlist manager next in line. Public sign-in is open at seikatsu.danylomorhun.com.

Personal project · E-commerce · Polish market
WellBotany — Health & Supplements Store
A production Polish-market e-commerce store for supplements, vitamins, and bio products, live at wellbotany.pl — designed and built solo end to end, from the database schema through to the storefront UI. Wired to real Polish commerce rails: online payment, parcel-locker and courier shipping, and a hub syncing stock and orders with a major marketplace.

About
I work on the parts of a product that have to hold up under real conditions: fintech dashboards processing six-figure order volumes, crypto banking screens updating over live sockets, BI tools rendering hundreds of thousands of rows without stalling the tab.
The toolkit shifts from project to project; the actual job is judgment — knowing when a virtualized table beats pagination, when a live connection beats polling, when a shared component library saves the next six months of work.
Sometimes that means building on top of a design system someone else shipped; other times there's no designer on the team at all, and every interface decision is mine to make, start to finish.
